It is a platform created to make selling and purchasing of tickets with its user friendly interface and secure payment mediums where buyers purchase their tickets for events, flights, shows, cinema, sports, tours, etc... This online platform has come to replace the long queue and hustle one used to go through before acquiring a ticket.
In 2010 we added Bulk SMS to our services and named it TextGhana.com; TEXTGHANA.COM™ is web-based software designed and developed by Silky I.T. Production to forward mobile SMS messages. It allows for messages to be sent to a large number of mobile users, known as bulk mail messaging and also sends to a single individual user.

TicketGhana.com is the first and only online ticket vendor in Ghana. It is a platform created to make selling and purchasing of tickets easier. TicketGhana.com is designed to make it easy for organizers/operators to put their tickets up on sale. Also, it has a user friendly interface where buyers can also securely purchase their tickets for an event.
What about Physical Tickets and Ticket Sales at Venue Gate?
TicketGhana.com will cater for printing of secure tickets for organizers/operators. This is mandatory when we have to be responsible for physical ticket distribution in our outlets.
TicketGhana.com will provide the organizers/operators not less than 4 major physical vending outlets for ticket sales and exchange of electronic tickets purchased online via the website. These major outlets include Silverbird Lifestyle Store (Accra Mall), Koala (Osu, Oxford Street), Arlecchino Ice Cream (Osu, Oxford Street) and TicketGhana.com Office (Labadi). We also provide a maximum of 2 minor outlets within Accra.
TicketGhana.com will also provide not less than 4 members of staff to sell tickets at the venue gate and help with ticket verification in addition with organizers representatives and event security
