• Old user either search first or login to user area before searching for ticket(s) in user area of ticketghana.com, the user selects all desired tickets

Users (buyers of ticket for an event)

• First time users search for desired ticket(s)
• The user selects all tickets for purchase with the quantity and adds all to cart
• User prompted to create an account in user area of ticketghana.com, failure to create account mean users cannot make a purchase
• Ticketghana.com calculates total cost of purchase
• User selects payment option
• Ticketghana.com provides payment process
• User effects payment process
• Payment process is confirmed or denied
